Data page with Reload per Interaction does not work

Summary
SLA Goal or Deadline activity is configured with a parameter that is loaded by a data page. This data page is at the thread level and has the 'Reload once per interaction' option enabled. When multiple cases reach the SLA Goal or Deadline simultaneously, the data page returns the same parameter value for all the cases.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a data page with Reload per Interaction.
- Refer the data page in an SLA Goal or Deadline activity.
- Create multiple work objects simultaneously which trigger the SLA rule.
Root Cause
When a standard agent wakes up, the agent uses the same requestor and thread while processing items. Hence, if a thread level read-only page is created when processing a queue item, it is used for the next queue item.
Resolution
Apply HFix-56718.
