Summary
Data page results do not display on the Run window. This occurs when the standard thread is selected.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a data page in the standard thread.
Root Cause
A reverse proxy that does not populate the x-forwarded-proto header is used. The header must be populated since Security Socket Layer (SSL) offloading occurs.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the x-forwarded-proto header.
