Data page section preview does not load on using defer load

Summary
For a data page section set to deferred load, the section preview does not load the data page, although the data page works correctly at run time.

Steps to Reproduce
Preview a data page section set to deferred load to observe the issue.
Root Cause
This is a known limitation. Asynchronous data pages does not fire in preview.
Resolution
An enhancement request FDBK-11460 has been raised.
