Summary

Pega Mobile Application is generated as the Custom Hybrid App and then deployed in iPhone, is not working. Data pages are not getting packaged.

Error Messages

Not valid data page message in logs.

Steps to Reproduce

Users have developed the Pega Mobile Application and generated the Custom Hybrid App and deployed in iPhone.

User has enabled the Offline configurations in the Mobile Landing Page(CaseTypes, Access Groups and DataPages).

Used the Pega Mobile Offline Supported Controls and Events.

But after login to the application and disconnect the Internet and try to access the datapage is not working in Offline mode.

Root Cause

On debugging, found that there was an issue with data page syntax in the listed whitepage, which was the reason the data pages were not getting packaged.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Remove the semicolon after data page name in the whitelist.

Syntax:
D_Test
D_Test;large

If there are multiple data pages to be added then enter the next data page in the next line (use Enter Key).

After above changes, the datapage is added in the local storage.
