Data sources appear twice on the global search filter



Data sources appear twice on the Home tab global search filter.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In the Home tab, use the global search filter.
  2. Click the search results.

Root Cause

This behavior is as per design. The same data source is defined in PegaAppCA ruleset, PegaCPMFS ruleset, and in the custom ruleset.


Perform the following local-change to restrict the duplication of the data sources:
  1. In step 2 of the the activity rule CPMLoadAvailableDataSources, add the custom ruleset name as one of the search criteria
  2. Delete the CPMFS class’s duplicate data sources from the custom ruleset versions.
