'data-test-id' attribute only appears in the HTML for Developer

Developer has added a Test ID to a button:

However, the corresponding 'data-test-id' attribute only appears in the generated HTML for the button when the operator is logged in as a developer, not as an end user.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a button to a section.
2. Add a Test ID to the button.
3. Log in as an end user (as opposed to a developer ID).
4. Bring up the section.
5. Open the browser's developer tools to view the HTML. The Test ID (attribute 'data-test-id') does not appear on the button element.

Root Cause

This is working as designed. It is specifically set up to only be accessible to developers for testing.
Specifically, both the authority to add the Test ID and to render it in the HTML are tied to privilege pxTestID, which is granted out-of-the-box (OOTB) only to developers through the PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role.

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:

Grant pxTestID privilege to the user
