Data type records not deleted on click of Trash button



Data type records are not deleted on click of the Trash button in the Records tab.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the data type Records tab
  2. Click the Trash button that displays at the end of each record row.
  3. Refresh the data type.

Root Cause

When deleting records, pzInsKey is empty. Therefore, records are not deleted from the database.

The DatatableEditorReport report definition configuration is modified where the 'Row Key Settings' in the Data Access tab is not set. Hence, pzInskey is not included among the columns listed in the Select clause.


Perform the following local-change to select the 'Get row key' checkbox in the Data Access tab:

Modify the DatatableEditorReport report definition of the data type class.
