Root Cause

Running simulation is causing too much load on database resources for example Memory and CPU utilization is high. Redo logs are getting full too quickly.

It is suspected that during Simulation execution, it fetches all columns from the customer table, and for the batch output, the "Insert" statement also contains all columns corresponding to SR properties, even though many of the columns are not required and populated. This is causing DB REDO logs to get full too quickly.

Simulation and Interaction rules are deprecated since Pega 7.1.7.

User is recommended to use Data Flows and Data Sets to achieve the same.
