Steps to Reproduce

Open an article in multiple sessions on the Interaction portal during Load Testing.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules results in artifacts for functionality such as counting article views, being accessed by multiple requestors simultaneously on the Interaction portal.

Resolution

Apply HFix-69375.
