Database index information not availalbe in PDC

SA-19653

Summary

Agent activity PEGAAESREMOTE- PUSHDBINDEXES throws exception and does not deliver DB Index information to Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).

Error Messages

2016-02-04 22:21:50,217 [     PegaRULES:07.10] (BIndexes.PegaAESRemote_.Action) ERROR  - PegaAESRemote : Exception while fetching indexes for table name MYTABLE, schema name RULES, db name PegaDATA
com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.NonexistentTableException: Database-NonexistentTable    RULES.MYTABLE    PegaDATA

Steps to Reproduce

This error will occur in the OOTB PegaAESRemote agent if there is a misconfigured Data-Admin-DB-Table mapping in the system configuration.  This misconfiguration may not affect the operation of the node (the mapping may be obsolete or not referenced), but it will cause the agent to fail and will prevent the sending of all DB Index information from the PRPC node to the PDC.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules was addressed to catch the a/m exception and allow the Agent process to run to completion.

Resolution

Apply HFix-26017.
