Database table connection issue

Summary



Test connectivity fails when Data-Admin-DB-Table is mapped to a Class record. However, Data-Admin-DB-Name record configured for an external Database connects successfully.


Error Messages



There is a key mismatch: the keys defined for class YOUR_CLASS do not match the primary key columns for external data table public.pegatest in database Your_DB; the class keys are [YourKey], but the table's primary keys are []


Steps to Reproduce



Unknown


Root Cause



A software use or operation error.

The YOUR_CLASS Class General tab had a RowKey defined, however, the database table did not have a  primary key named RowKey.



Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Ensure the table name, column names, and the key (YourKey) in the application are in lowercase.

For example, your_table.'yourkey'
