Date drop down is not wide enough with WAI ruleset

Summary
Only first characters of the dropdowns are visible when a date property is displayed with drop downs. This happens with WAI ruleset added in the application.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a date property to standard layout in a section. Add WAI ruleset to the application and display the section.
Root Cause
When a Date Dropdown is used with WAI framework, the width does not get changed automatically for each dropdown; pzGenerateDatePicker is the target rule casing this issue.
Resolution
Hfix-9866 addresses this issue. The width was changed to auto for each dropdown in date time as in pzGenerateDatePicker rule.
