Date is empty when radio button selection changes from No to Yes

Summary
The date is an auto-populated value on selecting the Radio button as Yes. When the selection changes from No to Yes, the date populates correctly. However, when the selection changes from No to Yes without a time gap, the date is empty.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create two radio buttons.
- On click on the radio buttons, configure the Date field.
- Click the radio button without a time gap (rapidly).
Root Cause
Clicking the radio button POST action (AJAX) request takes time to fetch record from the backend.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
As a local-action, change the Action event from 'Click' to 'Change.
