Date field display issue in edit mode in UI

Summary



User has 2 date properties on grid. On selection of one date activity calculates the value for other date property and sets the value. On first time select of sourceDate property the targetDate is populated.  The targetDate value is not populated and the sourceDate can not be changed.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Have 2 columns in the grid (Date 1 and Date2). Column 1 and 2 - control used DateTime (property of type DateTime)

2. On selection of date in the field Date 2, run activity to calculate Date1 and set the value for Date1.


Root Cause

An issue in the user configuration.

User is trying to set the property value in an activity. When refreshing the section, the form submits the corresponding old value is submitted to clipboard. Hence, value set by the activity is overridden by property when form gets submitted.

Resolution



Perform the following configuration change:

1) check "Disable submit on refresh" option for Refresh-This Section action. 
2) remove "Post value" action on targetDate property.
