Date field is showing improper text when focussing out

Summary
The Date field is getting populated with an improper message instead of date when date is selected from the date picker.
Once the user is selecting the date from the date picker and moves the focus out, it shows an improper message in the date field. Issue behavior is different for different browser.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section.
2. Configure a Date&Time control with Readonly (when) and Readonly formatting.
3. At runtime, Pick a date from date picker and click outside of the control.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
ReloadCell request is not returning proper cell response. In this case, it is returning full cell markup. It should return readonly markup.
