Date field throws validation error message for valid input value

Summary
In UI form, when user enters Date manually in the Date field and clicks Submit, it is throwing validation error message.
A date and/or date time field with required configuration has been validated even though a valid input value is submitted.
This happens in a specific scenario where there was already a "value can not be blank" message exist on the fields then user retry to submit the form with valid input values.
Error Messages
Value cannot be blank.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Enter Date Manually in Date Field.
2. Click Submit.
3. Make sure that the submit button has two actions:
1.Refresh-This-Section
2. Finish assignment
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, Submit button configuration has an issue.
The Submit button has two actions, that is, 1- Refresh-This-Section and 2- Finish Assignment.
The first action refreshes the section (pyCaseActionAreaButtons) where only buttons exist.
Here, while refreshing the section as there were errors on the page and value is not able to submit to the clipboard and it shows the same error again even though there was valid input. As per UI-Kit:06-01 ruleset there was no Refresh-This-Section configuration on pyCaseActionAreaButtons.
However it is introduced in PegaClinical:07-14-17
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
pyCaseActionAreaButtons section is an available Out-of-the-box (OOTB) section. Hence, Please do Save-as of the section to application ruleset and remove the first action (Refresh-This-Section) on the submit button configuration
