Summary

User has two sections embedded in a main section.
Both the embedded sections have a date property each that is configured to refresh their section on change. 

When user selects a date in one section, the date format in the other section gets changed from dd-MMM-yyyy changes to mm/dd/yyyy.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two sections and add date properties in each. 
2. Configure the On Change Refresh section on both the date properties. 
3. During run time, select dates for each property and observe the change in date format.

Root Cause

In processOnBeforesubmit function of pzpega_ui_doc_submit.js, there is code which changes date time value to the value present in data-value.

Resolution

Apply HFix-27214.
