Date reduced by a day after submit in screen flow

Summary
In a screen flow, when using the DateTime control, the date reduces by a day after submitting the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a screen flow. Add a DateTime control in the first screen.
- In the Presentation tab, set the format as Date.
- Submit the first screen in the screen flow to advance to the second screen.
- Navigate to the first screen. The date is reduced by a day.
For example, when the date entered is June 6th, 2018, after Submit the date displayed is June 5th, 2018.
Root Cause
The database and application server used GMT as the timezone, while the operator record did not have any timezone set.
Resolution
As a local-change, modify the operator record to define the timezone as GMT'.
