DateTime error gives blank section on refresh

Summary
When user enters a wrong date time value (for example:ffff) in the datetime field which is having Refresh-This section on-change action set configured on it, then the section is displayed blank after the refresh.
Error Messages
The standard error message is displayed
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with one datetime field with action set Onchange-Refresh this section.
2. Run the case.
3. Provide invalid value to the datetime field. Section refreshes and section is not rendered.
4. Observe that the section is releaoded and then displayed blank, only the error message is displayed.
Root Cause
On refresh whole harness is getting refreshed which is causing to lose the base reference of the section.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the action defined on the DateTime field from "On-Change: Refresh this Section" to "On-change: Refresh other section" and mention the section name that you want to refresh by mentioning the proper class.[ Here in user's use case section name is 'CustomerInformation'].
