DateTime Format in GMT is Incorrect after upgrade



After upgrade from PRPC 6.3 SP1 to Pega 7, the Date time Format is not adding any hours in GMT instead, DateTime property is assigned by appending T000000.000 GMT to a date property.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a date property which holds a date value.
2.Assign the date property to a DateTime property and observe the timestamp appended to date value.

Root Cause

In version PRPC 6 the timestamp value is generated by the difference between operator timezone and GMT, which is not expected.


Current behavior in Pega 7 is correct and expected behavior when date property is assigned to datetime property.

System appends T000000.000 GMT to the date property value.
