DateTime:99991231T070000.000 GMT: getting date/time value error

Summary



Unable to save the value "99991231T070000.000 GMT" to a DateTime Property, user gets invalid Datetime value error.
This value is acceptable in PRPC 5.5 environment, but in Pega 7.1.7 error occurs.


Error Messages



DateTime:99991231T070000.000 GMT is not a valid date/time value

Steps to Reproduce



Check property with data type as "DateTime" and select "Preview" option and enter the value "99991231T070000.000 GMT" submit it.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment. 

​Change the date validity logic by changing the max valid date to "1st Jan 00:00:00.000 10000 GMT"


Resolution



This issue is resolved by Hfix-20681.
