D_AttachmentList always returns an empty list

Summary
The Out-of-the-box (OOTB) datapage D_AttachmentList defined in PegaCLMFS:07-21-01 has as source the activity pyGetAllAttachments that seems to be a post load processing activity instead of the report definition pyGetAllAttachments.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case with attachments.
- Run the data page.
- Look at the attachments list.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: where the page is not configured correctly.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Override the OOTB data page and used as source the report definition pyGetAllAttachments.
The activity pyGetAllAttachments is run as a post activity.
