Days count does not display with Month for pySLADeadline
SA-57698
Summary
The days count does not display with the month for the pySLADeadline property, in the UI.
Error Messages
Not Applicable
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a pySLADeadline property in a section.
- Modify the format of the property to '2Days 5Hours ago' in the Presentation tab. Check the SLA deadline value in the UI.
Root Cause
When the SLA deadline had passed a few months, the days count did not display with the months count.
In the DateTime control, the 'Round second number after' field was set to 3. This resulted in truncating the second unit (that is, days) in the display when the first unit (that is, months) number reached or exceeded 3.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change to display a single unit:
Set 'Round second number after' value to '0'.
