'Days Hours ago' format displays days count less by one day



On setting the pySLADeadline format to 'Days Hours ago', the DateTime property displays an incorrect number of days in the count. The count displayed is less by one day.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure the SLA on the worklist assignment.
  2. Dynamically set the SLADeadline through an activity.
  3. Open the workobject from the worklist.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
