DDS Start-up issues due to Cassandra connectivity

Summary
When re-starting a node, the DDS service does not start because of the below exception with Pega 7.2.1.

Steps to Reproduce
Re-start any of the DDS nodes.
Root Cause
SSL connectivity for Cassandra was enabled.
Resolution
Update Cassandra SSL parameter to 'False' and restart.
