Decimal values are exported to Excel incorrectly while performing Export to Excel from grid.

Steps to Reproduce
- Source the grid to a report definition
- Configure a button in the grid which executes the pzRDExportWrapper activity to export the contents of the report definition to the Excel file
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Add a step before the call of pzRDExportWrapper to invoke pzMergeAutoGen using the same step page as pzRDExportWrapper
- Add a column format as pxNumber with decimal places as nine in the report definition
