Decimal values changed to Exponential form

Summary
A UI grid is configured such that it retrieves values from an uploaded Excel file. The values display in Exponential form (for example, - 0.57899999999999996) after the upload instead of the decimal values present in the columns.

Steps to Reproduce
- In a section, add a button to launch a flow action.
- In a modal window, add another button to upload the Excel sheet.
- In a flow action, invoke the MSOParseExcelActivity in the post processing activity.
- Upload the Excel sheet using the Upload button.
Root Cause
The MSOParseExcelActivity is deprecated.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Replace the MSOParseExcelActivity (deprecated) with the new 'pxParseExcelFile' activity.
