Decision Table Excel import results in unwanted column



Additional column displays in the decision table on importing a modified Excel file. This occurs after exporting the decision table content to the Excel file and a Return column displays in the file.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a decision table configured with a property-set in the output instead of a return column.
  2. Export the content of the decision table to Excel.
  3. Modify and import the same Excel file.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
For a property-set, the column count calculation was incorrect.
