Decision table rules do not display Edit in Excel

Summary
Decision table rules do not display Edit in Excel and Load Table in Ruleform buttons when there are more than 500 cells. (The buttons display normally when you have under 500 cells.)
Error Messages
"This decision table contains more than 500 cells, For optimal performance please edit in Excel"
Steps to Reproduce
Open any decision Table with more than 500 rows
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The button incorrectly disappears when the message shows up.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Maintenance Level (ML) release 7.1 ML7.
