Declare Index rule does not fire

Declare Index rule does not fire if the source class property has no values.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Check the 'Index even if source class property is blank' option in the Declare Index rule
  2. Set the values in the value list
  3. Save the list in the corresponding index table
  4. Clear the value list and save again

Root Cause

The value list in the data-transform is removed using the Remove action.
All the values in the value list are removed which is not recognized as a change and the changeList is still empty after this.
Since there is no valid change in the commit scope, the declare trigger is not fired and this results in orphan records in the index table.

Perform the following local-change:

Iterate through the value list and remove each item individually or set the value list to " ".
