Declare pages are not created after weekends

Summary



User had a declare page and they have observed that the declare pages are getting expired if the application is not used on Saturday and Sunday.They have all the endpoint URL in table and this is passed to Connect-SOAP from the declare page activity. When user tries to login on Monday, since the declare page activity is not executed, the user is stuck for any operation. This issue happens in the production environment.

Steps to Reproduce



Declare pages are getting created on weekdays, but on Saturday and Sunday, if no one is using the application, it expires.


Root Cause



The root cause of the issue is that the idle timeout checkbox is checked in the advanced tab of declare pages.

Resolution



If the idle timeout checkbox is checked, the page is deleted after 24 hours with no access.
Uncheck the idle timeout option to resolve the issue.
