Declare triggers are detecting changes in unchanged properties

Summary


A declare trigger is configured such that it is invoked when 'Saved and ... One of these properties was modified'. However, it is invoked when there is no change in the property values.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a 'Saved and ... One of these properties was modified' declare trigger.
  2. Use a property which is initialized with no value.


Root Cause



This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.


Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-17828, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.

As a local-change, initialize the property value as 'Null' instead of leaving it blank.
