Decoding of Message ID is not happening properly

SA-26309

Summary

When a  lots of messages are sent to MQ listener at once, then the message Id is not getting decoded properly and they all are having the same message Id.
The message Id is encoded as hex and the base64 format.

Error Messages

Getting same message Id for all messages though each message Id is returned different.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send four to five messages to the queue at a time.
2. Check those in the message explorer.
3. Restart the MQ listener.
4. In the tracer checking the decoded message Id.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment, there could be more than one level of encoding done for the message ID received by PRPC, hence user is not able to decode the actual message though base64 decoding is done at PRPC using base 64 decode function from expression builder.

Resolution

Check at the source application end how the message is encoded and sent to PRPC to resolve the issue.
