Default caption for pxDropDown is not available

Summary
There is no way to show/hide prompt "Select..." for pxDropDown. This is available in the old control DynamicSelect. The prompt can be shown or hidden. This functionality is not available in the latest control.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a section
2) Add a pxDropDown control
3) Test the section
4) The dropdown control default display option should be "Select..."
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
Developer didnot use the Include placerholder option.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Requested to use Include placeholder.
