Default Close button icon does not display

Summary
In the Configuration tab, the default Close button icon does not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Case Manager portal.
- Navigate to the Configuration tab. The default Close button icon is missing.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The Skin stylesheet was not present.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below stylesheets in the application skin level included stylesheet.
- px-pega-default-icons
- py-helper-classes
