Default widgets are not displaying in the Case Manager portal



For Case Manger (portal:pyCaseManagerPortal7) default, custom widgets are not showing up in the modal dialogue to add in the portal.

If user tries to trace it is showing authentication problem, user has checked the privileges it is showing pxDashboard privilege for the user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section and made section type as Dashboard widget.
2. Launch Case Manager portal.
3. Get all the widgets in the display to publish.

For a User who is the actual Case Manager when logged in to the portal and click on gear icon, user is unable to see any widget to add.

Root Cause

Observed below exception in logs.

So created a POC and tested the behavior in plain PRPC level, and upon creation of any application, the manager access group was having Manager and User roles added by default.

But at user end, for the manager access group, the relevant role was missing.


Add the user role to PegaInsureCSB:ClaimsManagers access group to resolve the issue.
