Defer Load does not work in a Table layout in Internet Explorer.
Defer Load always displays as 'Loading'.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Table layout
- Add a section in one of the cells in the layout
- Add one dynamic layout in the section
- Enable Defer Load in the dynamic layout and check it in Internet Explorer
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Move the dynamic layout into a section and apply Defer Load on the section instead of the dynamic layout.
