Defer Load in a tab collapses all other tabs in a tab group for the first time. Second time onwards this collapsing or shinking does not occur.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Include defer load on click of tab in a tab group.
2. Click on the tab.
3. Defer Load in a tab collapses all other tabs in a tab group for the first time.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Dynamic layout was configured as inline for tabs.
Resolution
Change dynamic layout style to default.
