Delay in REST Service response



REST Service response is delayed when performing a transaction.

Error Messages

Unable to save json to dataset

Steps to Reproduce

Conduct a business transaction.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.

Four database tables (custom) were present which caused full table scans and contributed to Service calls performance delays.


Make the following change to the operating environment:

Implement the correct indexes on the custom tables.
