Demo pop isn't showing all the content



When the users attempt to launch a demo pop for the application Pega Sample Customer Engagement For Life Sciences, the information coupled to the targeted user isn't populated

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Interaction Portal.
  2. Click on New-> Demo Screen Pops -> Demo Pop – Physician.
  3. “Accept” the incoming call pop up.
  4. Ideally, this pop-up should have all the details populated, but this pop-up is blank
  5. When the interaction work object is created, system asks to “Select the contact by Account”

Root Cause

The sample datebases and instance were not installed for both the base Customer Service and the Customer Service for Life Science applications


Local change:

Install the sample database media for targeted applications.
