Description field has guardrail warnings but is not present

Summary
Pega guardrail warnings are present on the description field but do not appear for Requirement type rule.
This error artificially increases the number of guardrail warnings. These warnings are shared with the application and it appears that you are not in compliance with your framework.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Requirement type rule.
- Save it.
Root Cause
This is a defect in CPMHC.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in CPMHC 7.1.4.
