DevOps: prpcServiceUtils Export REST call works incorrectly

Summary



DevOps: prpcServiceUtils 8.2.2 Export REST call functions incorrectly.  A Pipeline is created in Jenkins using the prpcServiceUtils 8.2.2.The 'Unable to open an instance using the given inputs' error occurs on invoking the Export REST call from the Pipeline. This occurs despite the existence of the Product rule in the Dev system and the DevOps user having access to it.
Updating the application accessgroup to the SystemManagement Service Package, resolves the error. However, while the package is exported to a Jenkins job, an AccessDeniedException displays.



Error Messages



Error 1: "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Rule-Admin-Product", pyProductName = "DMC_Product", pyProductVersion = "01.01.60"
Error 2: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException with message: D:\PegaApps\PegaTemp\DMS8\DMS20\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport\DMC-01.01.02.zip


Steps to Reproduce



Export a Product rule using the prpcServiceUtils through Jenkins.


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The Access privileges for the Windows Temporary directories are corrupted.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Delete the old Temporary directory.
  2. Recreate the directory.
