Steps to Reproduce
1. In a work object, from the Audit link, click on an attached file.
2. Open/Save/Cancel option appears
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is in a third-party product. Microsoft has added this feature of saving/opening/canceling events related to downloading of any attachment/software/file. For example, if a user downloads any file from any website, these options appear.
