Difference in WSDL Structures in Pega7 and Pega6

Summary



WSDL structure displaying is different in Pega7 when comparing with Pega6 after upgraded from Pega 6 to Pega 7
Failing when mapping the service elements due to incorrect wsdl structure.

Observations:Order of elements & attributes got changed as follows.
In Pega 6 : The Elements are displayed first which are followed by attributes.
In Pega 7 : The Attributes are displayed first which are followed by Elements.

Error Messages



Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Schema for namespace 'ABCResponse' contains invalid attribute content: sequence
 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade to pega7 from pega6.
  2. Access the soap service which is developed in pega 6.
  3. Mapping will fails, gets the error.

Root Cause



Mapping fails due to order of elements & attributes got changed in pega7.
 

Resolution


HFIX-30429 will fix the issue.
