Direct mail - Output file name with date stamp for each campaign

Summary
CSV file generated as a result of a Campaign referred in the output template, does not allow dynamic file name to be used. The output file contains the Date in the file name.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an output template.
- Use the Send generic shape in the Offer flow.
- Run the Campaign using the Offer flow.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-29212, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
