Dirty check message on openAssignment on interaction in Review

Summary
Dirty check message displays when opening an assignment on an Interaction case that is in Review. This works correctly for a Service Case and only occurs for interactions.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case from the Recents gadget (this performs an Open-By-Handle).
- Click the Start button (opens the assignment on the same case). A dirty check message displays before opening the case.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the out-of-the-box Open Assignment action instead of the 'window.parent.openAssignment' script.
