Dirty pop-up does not appear after server side validation

Summary
Dirty pop-up message is not rendered post submit action after the on click of the Cancel button if error message is there on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
1. After opening any Assignment make the screen dirty and try to close the work object, it will show an warning pop-up.
2. Then close the pop-up and try to submit the form containing the incorrect value, it will show validation error.
3. Now again try to close the work object. This time an Out-of-the-box (OOTB) warning pop-up does not appear.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error that for the second time cancellation as there is no changes in the form hence it is not showing any conform close message.
On making the form dirty it shows after validation which is an expected behavior.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
When there are no changes in the form, then it is not showing any confirm close message. On making the form dirty, it will show the warning message.
