Dirty pop-up is shown when sections are expanded

Summary
Dirty-pop up is shown when trying to close a Tab after the Sections are Expanded using the Expand or Collapse action configured on a button.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Add multiple collapsible sections inside a section.
2) Configure a button with Expand or Collapse action.
3) Launch the WorkObject (WO), click on button to expand sections and close the tab.
4) Observe that dirty pop up shows up, without making any modifications.
Root Cause
Developers have configured Refresh Section action along with Expand or Collapse action, hence after the actions gSectionReloaded parameter is being set to true, resulting in dirty check.
Resolution
User is not suggested to use the Refresh Section action after Expand or Collapse action.
