Disable When condition with two when rules does not get saved



In a section for a field, disable When condition does not accept two When rules with a logical operator (||,&&). Error occurs when saving the section.

Error Messages

 "doesn't exists or is not valid entry for its prerequisites"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Section with a field which has control pxDropdown
  2. Create two When rules
  3. Use the When rules with logical operators in disable When condition of that particular drop-down.

Root Cause

You must not directly specify the two When conditions separated by a logical operator.


In the section cell properties display condition,write another When condition with this logic and include that in the display condition.
