Discussion thread attached to mail for each response from client
For every response from a client, a Discussion thread is attached to the email.
Steps to Reproduce
- Send any email with HTML content to Pega, as a client.
- Log in to the Interaction Portal as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
- Open the email interaction and reply as the client. For every reply, the entire discussion thread is attached.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.3.
